About the house
The house is owned by the family Juričev-Spiric more than 100 years ago when it was built in Dalmatian style and 2010 years completely renovated from foundation to the roof, taking care to preserve the original style (walls 90 cm thick, tall narrow windows, windows with a canopy on the top floor) and yet are used the most modern and best quality building materials, creating an idyllic picture modern and traditional, makes the house special.

On the ground floor there are two newly and charmingly furnished apartments ideal for vacation, because it is located in the center of the town and only 400 meters from the beach Hangar and yet at night calmly and quietly.

In front of both apartments there are tables and chairs for seating where you can enjoy sipping a cool drink while your kids play on the lawn with a swing or simply can sunbathe on the lawn, or read a book in the shade.
